Tales from the Con: part 1?

this doens't really fit any of the catagory desciptions so i'm sorry if it's in the wrong place. this is just something that happed at awa that struck me as funny. i altered it a little bit to make it funnier for people who know nothing about anime or what happened at anime weekend atlanta. really it was an umbrella corperation soldier who said it.
